While in Milan, I stayed at the Rosa Grand – Starhotels Collezione. You cannot beat the location of this hotel. It is just a short walk to Milan’s Duomo. Just across the main square from the Milan Cathedral, shoppers are delighted upon entering the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. This 19th Century glass covered arcade houses the flagship stores of many famous fashion designers. Another site that should not be missed is the Church and Dominican Convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie, as it holds Leonardo di Vinci’s famous painting of the Last Supper.
